I grew up in this community, arriving as a military brat in 1973. A lot has changed around here! I found my love for real estate in 2007.  Growing up here, working for the school district and raising 2 children in the local schools has given me a lot of insight of the area. My motto is "Connecting with People" because I listen and put my clients first. Using these skills I have assisted many families in relocating into or out of the area.

In February/March of 2007 my husband and I decided it was time to sell our home in search of our next ‘Dream’ home. We searched the phone book for realtors and chose three, Grace being one. After interviewing with the first two, we met Grace, or shall I say I met Grace. She immediately struck me as confident and radiated positive energy. She spoke very frank with me and answered each of my questions, even a few I hadn’t thought to ask.

In the coming days we quickly established a trust in one another. We trusted that she would do her job to the best of her ability and she trusted us to let her. This understanding became vital to the success of our home selling. Grace was both creative and innovative in her approach to an already stiffened market.  She gave birth to ideas that at times made us nervous, but proved successful. She confidently explained to us that she needed our support and we needed her knowledge. With that said, she won us over, no argument necessary.    

Grace’s ability to educate us on what is pertinent in selling a home has been a tremendous asset, information that came handy when we decided to build our new home. Grace not only walked us through the home selling process, she walked us through the home buying, homebuilding process as well. She was flexible with her time and gave more of herself than we could have ever hoped for. Grace was able to sell our home in thirty three days. This was blink in time when it was all said and done. We couldn’t build our new home fast enough.

We now own our second home and through it all, even during the build process, Grace made herself available to answer any and all questions we had. We have been in our new home a little over a year now and she is still the one we call when we have questions or concerns. We are both fortunate and blessed to have found someone that is not only good at her profession, but passionate. Grace made this a truly incredible experience, one that I hope to do again, and when we do, if Grace is still practicing, it will be Grace that we trust.
